I have a Nokia 5300 cell phone, paired with the bluetooth right away. Listening to others was good, same for them being able to hear me, good.
Two points that are bothersome. . .
*If your working around the house doing this and that, then youll loose your signal to the cell, even in the next room, not only will you loose your call, but you have to pair up again. The point of having a blue tooth is so I dont have to carry the phone around all over with me.
*Other thing is the fit . . if I bend over to do something it falls off . . should have sleeves for different spacing with individuals hear to head, something. . . we use blue tooth ear piece for more than talking in the car!!
But after all the time Ive spent waiting for a decent review, which this one has . . and for the price, its good.
Still got them for 20. 00 including shipping on a Gold Box Deal, which I Love . . still have to price compare, some items are not a deal, some are. This was, and so was the Logitech MX 1100 Cordless Laser Mouse which Im using now and it works wonderfully . . 20. 00 too after 10. 00 mail in rebate. I was told the rebate would be in the box, it was not and had to call amazon whom provided a link to a pdf file for the rebate which has to mailed to logitech, I really dont care for mailin rebates, seems like more work for everyone . . but I guess they see it as a sales point . . then know that a large percentage of people will forget to mail it in, or never call amazon to get the rebate form.
One more day until Christmas, Im wondering if there will be any more real deals ? They are suppose to be hourly deals, but are every 2 to 4 hours apart, a few days had 1 hour deals and Ive been watching.
I’m really happy with mine – had it a couple of years now. The translucent rubber ear piece came off a while back, but I glued it back on.
Amazon has INCREASED the price of the Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth Headset (Blue) from $30. 71.
I bought this to replace a bluetooth that had stopped working after a couple of years. This one worked for 1 day! I charged it up according to the directions in the owners manual and it worked that day. After that, it wouldn’t charge back up again. It’s a useless piece of junk now.
I ordered a Plantronics Voyager 520 Bluetooth Headset (Blue) but I recieved a ATT V521(blue). They looked a like but when you look closely you will see it said ATT V521 not Voyager 520. I was shocked it was so cheap now I know why. ATT V521 is very unclear while Voyager 520 I am very happy with. I already have a Voyager 520 so I know how it works but was buying another one cuz I lost my blue tooth. But then when I recieved the wrong blue tooth I found my lost bluetooth. Next time try to send what you say you are going to ship. But Amazon didn’t make me pay to return it. Thank god for that.
